Responsibilities:
Play the role of center of expertise for talent assessment and development;
Develop global talent strategy, identification and development talents for DiDi Global;
Design talent development programs to support the growth of leadership pipeline
Participate in global executive talent and talent management work and adapt global talent solutions for local needs (Talent Review, Succession Planning, leadership Assessment and Development etc.).
Requirement:
Experience in HR consulting, Talent COE roles, grading and job family management, performance management, or HRBP with experience in talent review, succession planning, leadership development;
Strong TD mindset: systematic thinking, drive for results;
Strong business acumen with the ability to link talent management initiatives to key business priorities;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
