Core responsibilities：
1 Be in charge of Abrasives MRO/GP/Energy and Mechanical parts in production supply according to company policy in terms of quality, delivery ,service and EHS
2 Work with other relevant departments for price negotiation and other Biz conditions for MRO/GP/Energy and Mechanical parts complying with procedure to ensure the Projects and Mechanicals meet the requirement of company’s business operation, complete/supply in time and achieve the target of cost saving.
3 Manage MRO/GP/Energy and Mechanical parts supplier’s performance in terms of quality / cost / Service / technology, to achieve the best interest for SGA
4 Develop / Optimize suppliers to achieve best interest
5 Carry out Category management on mechanical scope and generate and execute the purchasing strategy
6 Maintain relationship with suppliers
7 Comply with EHS regulation and complete the relevant EHS activities throughout the daily job.

Qualification Requirements：
* Typical Education Level：
Bachelor of Mechanical Processing or Materials Physics Engineering
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：
5 years working experience in Purchasing / Project management.
Sophisticated ERP knowledge, SAP experience a strong plus
* Preferred personal characteristics：
Communication / Extroversive / Adaptability / Independence / team Lead / pressure resistance
