工作职责:
Ⅰ、International Market promotion, responsible for international market planning and managing resources (people, media channel, etc. ); To promote Oasis with international community through advertisement and educational program, e.g. first aid seminar
1). Planning and supervising execution of Oasis international marketing strategies, in accordance with the hospital plans and budgets.
2). Assist to build and instruct the marketing team, that is capable enough to cover the domestic markets.
3). Creating and developing, along with marketing and medical staff, packages or individual medical products to promote the services.
4). Identifying and recommending new business opportunities with potential for growth as well as potential new service line development.
5). Developing strategic alliances with important partners in the market and individuals inside institutions, especially Human Resources professionals, employee assistance program managers, health care professionals, employee insurance managers, and other key decision-makers;
6). Continually striving to provide, the highest level of patient care and service in all endeavors to maximize patient satisfaction.
Ⅱ、To plan and implement project for integrated service targeting on international market health community, including membership program (service at club), medical check program, process management, etc. and integrate with market promotion
Ⅲ、Other duties, subject to the needs and the hospital management decisions
任职资格:
Ⅰ. Minimum Education Required : Bachelor
Ⅱ. Minimum Experience Required:5 years relevant working experience
Ⅲ. Language Requirement:English native speaker, fluency in Chinese is a plus
Ⅳ. Easy in contacting people (at all levels in the customer organization and within the hospital)
Ⅴ. Good selling skills
Ⅵ. Experience in healthcare industry would be a plus
